Resilience

Resilience is an important concept. It gets at how we as humans can endure through difficulty and find a way through the suffering and sadness that struggle may bring on, building meaning and new knowledge in the process.  The Stanford Resilience Project was established to study and promote resilience in young people. I love this video featuring successful people talking about times they have failed but persevered and went on to do great things.
